The citizens of Charlottetown are going to have to wait longer before hearing the results of an audit connected to alleged misspending by the city’s former chief administrative officer.
Council met Monday night and discussed the report in a closed door session. A week ago, Mayor Philip Brown said the report had to be reviewed for legal reasons. After Monday’s meeting, he said that review is ongoing.
